Consultation & Trainings

Community care and training are important to me. I love the science of psychology and larger systems, and it is a joy to share this with others. Not only can we problem solve complex situations together, but we may re-center ourselves to meet our larger goals and mission. Whether your organization needs a listening, strategic ear and outside perspective, or a facilitator for a workshop, our skillsets may intertwine to create something beautiful.

Whether you need a strategic ear and outside perspective, or a facilitator for a workshop, our skillsets may intertwine to create something beautiful. Some areas of expertise I can bring to your organization include…

  • Nonjudgemental conversations about substance use for adolescents and young adults

  • Processing shared grief

  • Mental-health informed approaches to physical health and body image

  • Facilitating workplace conversations from a place of empowerment and humility

  • Women’s health seminars

  • Building a life informed by changes within nature and ourselves.

Please reach out via email or the contact form to discuss how we may learn together.
